Are your toys safe for small animals?
Our materials for the bird toys are 100% safe for birds. We use natural & clean materials.

Our toys also suitable for small animals, you can read our desciption and choose.

Please notice, as a pet owner, it is your responsibility to decide if those toy parts are safe for your specific small animal.

What kind of environment do you make the toys in?

All the products that are made at a smoke-free home. 

We do not smoke.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

The package is ship from Hong Kong, by Hong Kong Post.

We only use E-Express now

USA - usually needs 7-16 days.

Europe - over 300g uses E-Express, usually needs 7-16 days.

Canada - registered airmail, usually needs 7-20days 

HongKong and Taiwan we use SF Express, 1-3days

Other Asia Countries, registered airmail or E-Express, usually 5-10days.

Shipping times are beyond my control. Sometimes may need longer time, please contact your side Post Office when the package arrive your country.

What is your return policy?
We have a firm no return policy on all of our items. 

If we send wrong item, we can do return and refund, otherwise no refund and return.

Do you offer wholesale?
At this time, I do not offer wholesale on my items.
